Naomi Harper

Naomi joined the frank. team in September 2021 having previously worked as a receptionist at the PDSA.

Having worked in a number of customer facing roles, Naomi was excited to join the frank. team who put customer service at their heart.  Naomi is passionate about believing in the job that she does and feels what frank. stands for; to make gold standard care accessible, really makes a difference to people and their pets’ lives, which gives her real job satisfaction helping clients through a stressful and worrying time.

Naomi loves the fact that every day is different at frank., her favourite part of the role is interacting with the clients and their pets.

Naomi has a rescue cat named Biscuit.

In her spare time Naomi enjoys spending time with friends and family and experiencing new adventures in life. She loves to travel and is a massive foodie so loves to eat at new restaurants enjoying good food and good company.
