Dawn Crookes

Dawn joined the reception team at frank. in March 2022 having previously worked as an office manager/receptionist in a physiotherapy and rehabilitation. 

With 8 years of experience in her previous role Dawn had insight into the life changing possibilities of specialist treatments and gained many transferable skills in admin and diary management.

Dawn really wanted to work for fPS so that she could help make a difference for pets and their owners by providing empathy, support, and a friendly environment during their times of need, something which she can relate to.

Dawn’s favourite part of the job is getting to meet the pets and see them leave on the road to recovery.

Dawn feels fPS is different due to the fixed pricing and frank. transparency.

Dawn does not have any pets of her own but she does look after Dolly the Bedlington Terrier on a weekend.

In her spare time Dawn like to horse ride, go walking with Dolly and visit historic houses.
