Lauren Russell

Lauren originally graduated in Film and TV Production, and worked in corporate video production for 5 years, before taking on a role as a support worker for the elderly and vulnerable. This blend of transferable skills made her an excellent choice to take on the challenge of a reception role at frank. Pet Surgeons., where her ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients will be highly valued. She is passionate about delivering great customer service and is a fervent advocate of the frank ethos – open and honest communication and putting pets and owners at the heart of everything we do.

Although Lauren does not have her own pet, one day she would love to have a dog. In her spare time, she enjoys running outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and keeping her multimedia skills alive with a spot of photography.
